Thanks to everyone who read this blog.

I kind of cheaped out near the end and forgot to update, but I had a great rest of the trip in Italy with my friends. The whole trip was amazing: we learned and experienced so much! No one got majorly sick, injured, lost, hurt or stolen from at all so that was really good!

- woke up and tried to walk to McDonald’s for breakfast. It was close though - got our car and...

- woke up and tried to walk to McDonald’s for breakfast. It was close though
- got our car and started to drive to Pisa
- mcdonalds was closed there too!
- went to see the leaning tower and the duomo. It was so packed but super neat to see. It was so funny seeing everyone do the typical leaning pose all around the grounds so of course we had to as well.
- left pretty quick cause it wasn’t that interesting after awhile
- drove to Rome. So many tolls along the way
- stopped at a beach on the coast. San vencinzono something. It was sooo nice and hot out
- stopped at a grocery store and got some snacks and ate them on a bench outside
- had lots of weird snacks and drinks and cookies
- got back on the road along the coast. So pretty
- finally arrived in Rome. Pretty easy to drop off car and fin bus to our hotel.

- rode boat taxi so we could take bus to airport
- Gen and I both thought the pre boarding dock was the boat haha
- got to airport to pick up car. Our original one wasn’t big enough so we had to switch companies. We ended up getting a way bigger car which fit everything in perfectly with only minor crowdedness
- car was a silver Opel Astra
- thanks to Corbin we made it safely to Florence after only a few minor detours. He only stalled the car 4 times! Haha
- got to our hotel in florence. It had the most old school scary elevator that fit max 3 persons
- found out the street we were on was restricted personnel only so we might have got a few tickets trying to figure out where to park
- sent the car to be parked overnight because we were downtown and couldn’t park easily
- our hotel room was nice. It looked like an orphanage though cause it had all the single beds lined up in a row
- we walked to downtown centre where the peddlers were super pushy trying to sell fake purses and watches. They were pretty creepy to Gina and I trying to sell us stuff
- saw Santa Maria church square. The other three ran up the bell tower to see the sight while Gina and I looked At the
Market booths and bought some scarves and real leather purses.
- we all met up to look at the bridge and saw the statue of David ( and his penis… Which is a symbol for the whole city. It’s on key chains everywhere)
- got some gelato and saw the bridge while the sunset. It was so beautiful!
- walked back because it was cold and went to bed so we could wake up early
